Great Whitetail round
I have been using this ammo exclusively in my Sako 75 for several years now and have 11 consecutive one shot kills and several bang flops on Whitetail. It does expand quickly and rarely exits and does incredible internal damage. This is my preferred round in several calibers and shoots sub minute of angle in three different rifles that I use. If you prefer complete penetration and an exit wound you may be better off with a bonded bullet but I have been very pleased with the performance of these rounds.

Hornaday’s are always good
My 7-08 likes these. 1 Moa at 100yards. Recoil is mild, time to take’em hunting. Good shot, deer steaks

excellent caliber and bullet for whitetail size animals. hornady bullet expands well; real damage in lung area

Hornady 7mm-08 Remington 139 grain Interlock SP
This was my first time using this rifle, and this caliber. When deciding between the Superformance and the American Whitetail, I went with this lower cost option for initial sight-in and break-in. It's been very consistent with velocity and groups, and I may continue to use this for the long term. Nice stuff!

Hornady Ammo Always Reliable
When Remington closed down, Hornady filled the gap, consistent reliable performance. Year to year, I need to know what to expect from my hunting ammo, Hornady delivers. Southern whitetail deer never walk away from a well placed shot.
