didnt work for me at all
i really wanted to like this case, but after a scouting trip and a hunting trip, i cant make any excuses for it any more. The shoulder straps are too narrow so they rub your neck pretty bad-not an issue if you are wearing a collar, but pretty painful on a hot weather hunt in a t-shirt. Theres also no closure on the case and mine will not stay closed while Im walking. Maybe with a larger set of binos it would stay shut, but I dont know. The canvas-or whatever it is made out of-is stinking loud too. I like the pocket in front and the ammo loops that are integrated, but these features cannot overcome the negatives.

Hornady Bino Bra
I mostly bought this because of the price point, and that I could clearly see it had an extra pocket. The pocket will fit a range finder, and that was my biggest concern. It is pretty high profile when you put binos and a range finder in it, so no prone crawling. The inside is lined with a suede type material to go easy on your glass. I wouldn't bother buying this if you're looking to use this with a set of porro prisms. You could maybe cram a set of 10x42 porro prisms in it but getting them out would be a pain. If you're using roof prisms upto 50mm you should fit fine. The top cover elastic flap is kind of a pain, it will probably take two hands to get your binos out without causing a big fuss unless you fold it open onto itself, but it was made this way to retain your optics securely. Obviously it does come with straps to go directly to your optics so you can drop them free outside of the bag.
Pros:
- works
- protects your optics
- pouch for rangefinder and cartridges or other small items
Cons:
- big red hornady logos everywhere
Best Used for:
- hunting
- Glassing up game
- stalking
