This is the second time I have used bulk (3000) purchase of HAP 9mm. The cost savings speak for themselves. I use them in USPSA and similar events. Never had a complaint or noticed a flaw. I use this bullet for its consistency and accuracy. The only complaint is the 3000 ate loose.in the box.
