This accessory works great and is simple enough to set up! One tip that I might give that in my opinion is left out is what the numbers on the bushings represent!
Those numbers are shoulder measurements! So if you don’t see your cartridge on the list provided, just Google the dimensions for the case that you are reloading and find that shoulder measurement!
For me, I was reloading for 6 ARC and it was not listed! So I searched the dimensions of the case and found that the shoulder measurement was .350 and selected that bushing!
Happy reloading!

Whidden Gunworks makes a comparator out of steel that uses standard steel neck bushings. All you have to do is resize a case with minimal neck tension, seat a bullet too long, then chamber the dummy round. This bullet can then be measured at the rifling marks left on that bullet as it's pushed back in the case. Using this measurement, you will then know the correct size bushing for the comparator so you have a meaningful way of measuring all bullets for your rifle using one number.
The Hornady system measures so far down on the ogive that a measurement must be taken for each bullet you use and because of different ogive profiles, these measurements will all be different. The Hornady products are made from aluminum which is more profitable for them but not as good for the user.

Outstanding, invaluable item for those who re-load their own ammunition. Buy it along with the Hornady AB-1 for much better results with you measurements versus just using the caliper arm. Make sure you buy a quality caliper to accompany these products. Makes all the difference in the world when you want precision loads.

This system from Hornady provides the easiest way to accurately measure your specific rifle's chamber and determine distance to the lands. This assures you can accurately set proper seating depth or adjust with assurance based on measurement, not trial and error. Especially helpful when loading all-copper bullets which run longer to achieve weight and may need to be set farther off the lands for maximum accuracy. Especially true with Barnes.

If you need to know the exact dimension of you rounds, this is the tool. If you're dealing with a bullet/leede tolerance in the "thousands" you need to know your exact bullet size. A must have for reloading and in many rifles.
Pros: Precise measurement
Cons: none
