Stanley Lawrence's Review of Hornady Cam Lock Bullet Puller
The Hornady cam lock bullet puller is not compatible with the Hornady AP Press for rifle cartridges. You cannot raise the ram to the top with a .308Win cartridge. Also, the tip on A-Max bullets get smashed/bent when the bullet is locked in the collet.
Pros:
- Works great on pistol cartridges
Cons:
- Not easily used on rifle cartridges with an AP press
Best Used for:
- Pistol cartridges
