CHECKING MY BULLETS
This is a great to to be able to check your ammunition before you shoot. If you Insert each bullet and you do hear it go plunk this means the bullet is correct in its case making. I enjoy knowing that my bullets are ok and that I should not have any trouble with them while shooting at the range. Jud...

Headspace in question
Does not measure overall case length and headspace is in question. After resizing 308 cases the gauge said yes but they would not chamber in my rifle. Spend a few bucks more and get a Wilson gauge that does it all.
Very useful
This is incredibly useful for checking reloads. Gauge feels its of quality. It helped me diagnose a couple cases that maybe didn't get fully sized causing slightly stiffer bolt closing. Also checks brass trim length. What's not to like? Highly recommended.
Pros:
- Quality
- easy to use
- reliable
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Double checking

Mr Paul E Jones III
Hornady lock n load ammo plant is well known for quality. However, two parts were damaged upon delivery and unpacking. The Case Feeder Bowl and one of three ammo catch cups are broken beyond use. I have registered my ammo plant and advised Hornady of the broken parts. The AP arrived much sooner than expected. OP notice stated expected ship date of 27 May, it arrived yesterday, 11 May. Very nice surprise OP, well done.

Cartridge Gauges
Always a good idea to have these if you are reloading semi auto cartridges. You can easily set your seating die to give the correct amount of "taper crimp" to make sure all rounds will feed in your firearm. Just drop them in and make sure that they fall in to the "GO" marker, but not below the no go line.

Hornady Lock-N-Load Cartridge Gauge .308 Winchester
Great gauge. Ensures cartridges are within specs. Easy to use even for beginners. Gives you the confidence in your equipment. I use 9mm, 380, 40, 45, 308, 30-30 gauges to ensure I'm keeping within specs for each type of cartridge. I have had no problems at the range or with hunting using reloaded cartridges.
