very dissapointed in internal parts used
I understand this is the cheaper option for case prep. With that said they put plastic gears inside that shatter. 4 small metal gears would easily solve this problem allowing the product to last longer than 1000 RDS. VERY DISSAPOINTED in a company i thought was quality and makes me question ever buying products from Hornady ever again.

Worst costomer service in the industry!!!!
After about 1400 rounds of 5.56 the inside chamfer tool broke leaving the 8x32 (Tiny)threads inside the shaft. About 500 rounds later the outside deburring tool broke in the same manner. This was my first dealing with Hornady customer service, Horrible. I was treated like a criminal by customer service technican who said "That's not common so it is considered abuse. Because warranty is at their discretion they deemed I need to pay for replacement parts." Then gave me part numbers and transferred me to sales. The new inside and outside bits cost me $58.00 after shipping 60% of the original cost of the entire tool. Please buy any other brand than HORNADY they will stand behind their products.
