I rarely review but will on this one. I absolutely love the Hornady LNL powder measure and the fact that I can purchase an extra metering insert for each of my caliber loads. Here is why: it takes all of the effort and time and guesswork out of everything. Plus, the accuracy is off the chart. What I did was purchase 2 of the powder measures: one for pistol and one for rifle. Then I purchased a separate metering insert for each caliber. I keep that insert inside the case with my dies. So here is a good example. Last winter I loaded up about 1000 or so of some 224 Valkyrie for prairie dog hunting. I went shooting in May and decided to go again 2 weeks back so i needed to load up another 600 or so. Well, I put the dies in the press, set up the powder measure, inserted this metering insert that was set last for 26.0 grains of Varget. I pulled 4 drops in a row and they were.... 26.0....26.1.....26.0.....26.0!!! You just cannot beat the accuracy with these and for the price....it is worth having one set up for each load in each of my die boxes.
