Comfortable fit, well made, second one I have owned. I tend to try to stick with what works for me and this is definitely a product I stand by and would highly recommend it to friends and co-workers in the firearms training field.

These came in a reasonable time. I used out in the field with a 12 guage. These worked excellent. I think my friends where more interested in the muffs vice the shooting. The amplification definetly impressed me. Also liked the Low profile
Pros:
- Comfortable and good quality

I've been seeing this hearing protection on countless people when at shooting ranges for years. I finally purchased them and understand why they are so popular. They protect your ears from the loud sounds while the sound amplification allows you to hear someone talking to you. Outstanding product.

Great piece of gear. I was thoroughly impressed by these. I was surprised by how well they worked. Already took them to the range and it was finally nice to be able to talk to the RSO without having to yell back and forth and struggle to hear him whil others were shooting!

I haven't shot with these yet but i used them grinding a couple hours. And they worked great. The only reason why they didn't get 5 stars is the aux jack on my ear pro doesn't have the best connection

Nice and compact. One easy knob for application. Worked well at the outdoor rifle and pistol range. Didn't work well for mowing, though when using the auxiliary input jack with an MP3 player. I could barely here the music. So get these for shooting
Cons:
- Amplifies everything below the 85 db cutoff

Bought these after getting tired of not being able to hear people speak at the range. They do a good job of blocking out the sounds of gunfire and at the same time amplify quieter noises like voice. I expected them to be somewhat poor quality for such a low price but they are actually built quite nice. They can last up to 350 hours on two AAA batteries which is quite a bit of shooting time. They even have an audio jack so you can listen to music while shooting! These things are probably one of the best pieces of earpro that you can get for 50ish dollars.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- compact
- battery life
- Ability to enhance low vol while blocking hi vol sounds
Cons:
- Maybe a little uncomfortable if you have big ears

I'm sure the Howard Leight by Honeywell Impact Sport Sound Amplification Electronic Earmuffs are good for others, just not me. The angle does not allow the lower earpiece to fit snugly at all on me. When I held them tight against ears, they still did not block enough sound out to dampen a .308.
Cons:
- Try on someone's before you purchase

Some of the best ear muffs I’ve used. Great” noise cancellation and doesn’t pick up as much background noises as other brands. Comfortable to wear and I love that they turn off by themselves if you forget to. So the next time you go to the range you don’t have dead batteries.

I'm 86. I lost most of my hearing in Korea '52. Have been a avid shooter an competitor for a long time.
These Honeywell muffs serve well for me. From 22-250 to 338-378 they work. One just has to get used to having
the extra bulk clamped on the head.
