Work great! - Howard Leight Hygiene Kit

The other reviwer is an idiot who shouldn't be handling dangerous items that require hearing protection. These replacement cushions don't glue in or on - they snap off and snap on - simple to figure out even without written instructions.
Renews your hearing protection for another year of use.
Pros: Easy to remove and replace
Cons: no written instructions
