Aside from the sound quality being mostly static, HL does't have spare foam ear tips available. I called and emailed Howard Leight, their parent company Honeywell, and also the Honeywell Store and all of them said the same thing, "we don't offer support for that product". They couldn't even point me in the direction of a company who makes compatible tips. By comparison the set of Isotunes Sport Advanced that I also purchased are a much better product. The Isotunes have better sound quality, a lower price, and the ear tips are available if you need to purchase spares or replace your old ones.
