Most Helpful Negative Review Missing Parts
Clearly high quality product. However, missing black plastic/composite cummerbund that connects back and front carriers. Contacted customer service (who have typically been excellent at OP!) and was told they can’t send me the part and have to return entire product. Also missing any instructions. Reaching out directly to HRT to see if they can assist
