Great chair, Terrible Support!
I would agree with other reviews on this chair that it looks nice and the massage features are fantastic! I am giving it 2 stars though because their support of their products are terrible, so beware of that if you are going to purchase one. My chair lost the full back massage capability within 5 years of owning it and they do not have parts for the chair anymore. Their response to this issue is that they will give you a good deal on a new one. So now I have a great looking chair that partially works but no longer has any parts available for it. That is crazy and terrible support. These parts do not change very much from one chair version to the next. This just seems like a bad ploy to sell you more.
