My Rossi RanchHand "pistol" fits perfectly. The large lever loop fits in the slot at the top. The leather is beautiful and the holster well-made. I have not gotten a belt to go with it yet. There are 2-1/2" slots for a belt at the top, with 1" slots at top and bottom on back for leg wraps or ties.
