Great knife. needs better quality control - Hydra Knives Esus 4.25in Fixed Blade Knife

Great knife, great steel. Arrived shaving sharp out of the box. I have to agree with online reviews that it has one of the most comfortable handles on a knife. The kydex sheath is very tight, and it does not have a thumb ramp to push off on. I do like the adjustable thumb screw, which will come in handy when it does loosen up. It comes with its own version of the Tek-Lok and its pre-rigged for horizontal scout carry. My only complaint is that the last half inch of the edge at the tip, the grind was off. It is esthetics, but it is a $200 knife afterall. Since I'm more of a user than a collector, the first time I have to sharpen it will straighten it out. Overall it was a good buy on sale.
