Mag release so much smoother than factory sticks out just enough for positive engagement without sticking out to far to snag... ever noticed full magazine twist mag release a bit not completely engaging due to added pressure not problem with this one full engagement ferm no twisting give much more positive lock on magazine very happy great product will be ordering more
Magazine release
My wife shoots a Glock 19 gen3 and she always fought the OEM release and now she can work the release with ease! This new extended magazine release was easy to install too, it only took a couple of minutes.��

I installed this in my Glock 17 and it’s so poorly fitted. I try to release the mag and the release ddoesnt spring back into place. Obviously it’s too big and I’d have to sand it down. But what an inconvenience. Do no buy this garbage.

Perfect in every way
Not to large, not to small, has great grip texture on the button, and doesn't allow accidental magazine ejections. I have bought a few of these from different brands (GlockStore, Cross Armory) and this one is 10x better than those while being smaller in button width. 100% holster compatible and will never let you down. Will be buying only these for my handguns in then future.

HYVE ext. mag. Release
This button is slightly longer then the factory. I have small hands and with this change I can now release a magazine with no problems. No need for using my support hand. We all know the factory release is a simple short plastic button. If this does not work for you, I doubt any other aftermarket brand will either. For the simple install checkout out the videos on YouTube.

Exactly as expected
This mag release is exactly what was needed. I was having issues releasing the Glock 19 mag without readjusting my grip. Replaced the mag release with this item in 60 seconds and resolved my issue. Took the gun to the range and practiced dozens of reloads without any issues. Definitely recommend.

Killer good looks and function too!
The color HYVE brings to the table on these Glock mag releases are very welcome additions to the rather drab, stoic world of firearm color palates. The mag release looks great and stands out on any build.
Functionally, it's as good as it looks. It's got just enough real estate to enhance the mag dropping process, while being TOO big as to snag on anything while drawing from holster. It really is the best of both worlds.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the stock button. Not too extended but just far enough to where I can reach and depress it without having to adjust my grip on the gun. I mean, else can I really say. Easy install. Quick delivery. Aluminum product compared to the plastic hunk on garbage glock decided to provide us with in their infinite wisdom *massive eye roll emoji*.

Good Quality, not a good fit
This is an aluminum carbon-copy of the Gen3 Glock Extended Mag release. That's a good thing if you like them, but not a good thing if you find them too long. The problem I have with the extended length Glock mag release is it sometimes disengages the magazine while it's in the holster leading to a potential "oopsie-poopsie" moment.
The quality of this is very good and there are no issues with it's compatibility: it's just too long. My solution was to take a Dremel to my standard plastic Glock extended mag release and make it the length I can't seem to find in aftermarket pieces. It's ugly as sin, but it's just the correct length to give me a little extra push without dropping a magazine at lunch.

HYVE extended mag release for polymer 80
My first build of a polymer 80 and I couldn't be happier with this extended mag release by HYVE.
I have small hands and this makes it very easy for a mag exchange, plus it looks good.
I will be buying more of these.
