Most Helpful Positive Review The most rigid handguard available.
I use this handguard with a pec15 all the way out at the end. There is ZERO POI shift with heavy abusive use. I treat this like a tool, not a showpiece and it performs as expected. If you follow Son of Liberty on IG they have a video beating the brakes off an M89 handguard, and it still functions fine and never slips off the nut. WEll come to find out, ICON DEFENSE makes those M89 Drivelock Handgaurds for Sons! I'm Sold. Every rifle will have these on them from now on. This even comes standard with a Titanium barrel nut.

Amazingly Sturdy!

This handguard is absolutely ROCK SOLID. I installed it on top of a Rosco 11.5 K9 barrel. The upper and lower are ballistic advantage and this fits the upper perfectly. I highly recommend this rail over most others on the market. This is as solid as the DD RIS series and the like. If you're using a laser aiming device or you'll be using it for hard use, this is the rai!

Icon Defense Drive Lock Hand Guard

A joint project founded by Mike Miller of Mega Arms and Rick Olsen of Killer Innovations, Icon is a special breed. This hand guard is well designed with lightening cuts on the 'off' sides with M-LOK on the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock and the last two slots of 2 and 10 o'clock. The drive lock mechanism pulls the hand guard in tight to the receiver, has anti-rotation tabs, and a steel dowel - this thing is not moving or shifting. The anodize finish is excellent, one of the best I've ever seen. Top it off with a titanium barrel nut - this is a premium hand guard that brings more than just good looks. Matched with an Icon upper and lower this build will look beautiful. Fits fine over a Superlative adjustable gas block
