comfortable but hard to install
This adds just enough extra girth to the Magwell to give you a nice comfortable grip. It sits very snug and I don't think it's ever coming loose.
The hard part was there's no instructions. You need to remove the trigger guard clamp before you install obviously, but the fit seems like it's too tight/too small. This made me think the product was miss-sized and reading the other review that they needed to shave stuff off got me discouraged at first. I realized I just needed to spread apart the grip just a little and really push it and it snapped right on without any stress to the plastic.
No modifications needed.

Fits NOTHING
Didn't fit my lower. I thought it was because I had a Magpul trigger guard.after heavy modification with a dremel, file, sand paper, and razor, I finally got it to SORT OF fit. There is a piece that wraps around the front of the trigger guard and a screw passes through to hold the piece in place. Since I bought two of these, I decided to try the brand new one on a brand new name brand stripped lower just to verify it was in fact the trigger guard that caused the problem. With a COMPLETELY stripped lower, meaning zero trigger guard or any other parts installed, it would require tremendous modification AGAIN to get it to screw together. I have many IMI Defense components and this is the first one that is a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY. IT WONT FIT. It's way too much money for a part requiring such extensive modification.
