Perfect fit for Savage 64 with barrel shortened to 16.5”, folding stock and red dot.
Threaded portion of adapter 1/2-28 is a bit too long for proper fit with SilencerCo Switchback suppressor. Machined a 1/2 x .200” thick steel spacer for perfect thread engagement of suppressor. Great addition to this modified barrel Savage, short, compact & handy with the ability to snuff the noise. Will order another, as it also fits perfect on a Remington 597 with no sights installed. Mounts securely and solid, no sight slot, easier and less expensive than threading the barrel.
