Very sensitive to heat signatures - InfiTac Fast Mini FMP13 0.5x Thermal Rifle Scope

the sun protection mode comes up and freezes when a hot surpressor comes into view. radiant heaters, and lot cigarettes also turn on the sun protection mode and freezes up. some of their adds suggest this would be great for combat scenarios but i believe that to be false advertisement. if a hot barrel comes into view it would freeze. the only application i think it would be is for night hog and coyotes hunts.
