The screen is ridiculously small and so you cannot effectively use it for aiming. Waste of money.

I put this on a suppressed ruger mk iv. Absolutely awesome, it’s the size of a red dot with an under active thyroid so nothing crazy. They do make a larger lense (double the price) size but unless you’re planning on stretching it out on a rifle stay with the 13. At pistol ranges the clarity is the same. I do have a little difficulty getting it to zoom but that’s because of my hot dog fingers and a 1 inch screen. Which is more than adequate for a pistol sight. If you’ve never used a thermal before you aren’t looking THROUGH the site like a traditional red dot. Think of it more like watching tv. Besides its dark and you can’t see anything anyway so when you do go to use it you’ll catch on quick. Also! These are not rechargeable batteries. They last a good while but if you get one swing by the gas station and pick up an extra pack. Eventually you’ll need them anyway. You will also need to get the correct mount. I used the piccatinny low mount on my 22/45 and it is perfect.

I've been tracking this for about a year, and finally decided to get it. It has very interesting capabilities and in my use case, to augment my home defense and small game hunting. It's a good unit. I bought the QD pic mount and dust cover.

Surprisingly good performance. Clear for a thermal optic at relatively close ranges. Features are useful. Perfect for my needs.

Probably the best of the small footprint thermals. The only real con is the battery life but this can be extended with an external battery and usb c cable. The stock batteries hold life for just a few hours.

Absolutely awesome for the money. This is close in option 100y and in, how ever it handles that mission with ease. Can detect human size heat sources at 500+ yards.

For such a compact thermal this is very impressive and especially at its price point.

This product is very cool, comes with multiple different color schemes for thermal. Up super close is a little blurry, but at a 5 or more feet away it is much more clear than expected.

This product has been great. It’s paired with the Viridian offset 35 degree RMR mount. Ignore the complaints from some expecting this to compare to two to three thousand dollar thermals. The battery life is enough for what it would be intended for- cqb or varmints. It’s the beginning of the next gen thermals over the next decade as tech gets smaller

This is absolutely great especially for the price. Keep in mind this is only good up to 20yds. How rugged it may be is TBD.
