Overall, this is a great light. Wa a little shocked to see that the housing is some sort of polymer/glass reinforced construction. I read a couple of reviews that said the housing was an aluminum alloy...... definitely not.
Pros: Easy to install and use. Price can't be beat.
Cons: On shorter carbine rails, you'll need a cantilever mount as the push button is located approx. 2" behind the light head (where the clamp is).

This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
