Taken from the shipment box, loaded batteries, secured the end cover - no light. Apparently there is a metal clip that has to fit just right to allow the end cover to make contact and it would not work.
Pros: nice box
Cons: did not work - even bought new batteries

I did my home work on 123 LED lights, this is the one I choice, and I'm not sorry.
