exactly what I wanted for my 870
The finish is a little cheap and I needed to use a soft jawed vice to “pinch” the heat shield onto the barrel so it wouldn’t rub on my magpul SGA pump. poor mounting
After watching YouTube videos on how to install this heat shield, I discovered I did not receive a spacer block needed to attach it to my Maverick 88. I promptly returned the it.
Missing parts?
It needs a spacer of some kind for maverick 88. Then on another note, it doesnt fit with a pictanny rail assembly on the front.

Junk part, not worth it.
It does not fit the Mossberg Maverick 88 as described. After installation, I was unable to rack the forend/ action slide tube. It also scratched the barrel on my gun. Not worth buying.
