Very loose fit
This one was pretty much money wasted. The right used to tighten the retainer doesn't have any provisions for tightening with a wrench, and hand tight will not get it to the point where the handguard won't turn back and forth about 1/4" with just a little pressure applied.
If you're only planning on using a red-dot and not any iron sights, then that might work, but as it is you'll never be able to reliably zero in iron sights with the handguard twisting back and forth. If they provided any sort of set screen that actually attached to the barrel nut itself (instead of the cap that just wraps around it) then it might be fine, but as is, no.
