Bought 2, both work perfectly. No issues whatsoever.

I bought two of these because they looked good and like what I was looking for. Was disappointed when I attach my sling and almost dropped my GUN as it will not stay attached to the sling will be replacing them I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I don't understand why this isn't discontinued. I to fit with multiple qd rings and none fit. What a ease of money DO NOT BUY. PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. I would like a refund but shipping is a nightmare right now.

I wouldn’t recommend you to buy this if you’re concerned about “looks” the mount comes painted with lots of chips. It looks used. It seems to be made well, perhaps if you strip it, and powder coat, it would look better.

I have to change my review on this end plate adapter. It will not, I repeat will not hold the QD sling on. There is nothing else to say...I initially gave them a 5 star rating because I thought the would for sure hold at the QD point but they do not. Now I cant even see my order on optics planet to get a refund.

I first saw these on my LWRC rifle and loved the fit form and function of the QD adapter. So I searched for them for my other rifles. I found a few but they were $50-$65 dollars each and I have several AR’s. I found some on eBay or amazon a few years back that were made of aluminum or “ chinesium” for around $7 each. They do work but I am worried they will break with any real load on them. But these QD attachments from optics planet seem to be made out of steel. They are a little heavier but not by much. The angle at which the QD sling attaches keeps the sling from digging into your ribs or stomach when slung across your front. All in all, I love this sling attachment over my other ambi sling attachment that uses an HK style clip. The loops stick out and digs into my ribs when slung at the ready position. By the way I shoot left handed 75% of the time so I needed a true ambi QD sling attachment. Glad I found one at a decent price. So I bought everyone optics planet had in stock. Hopefully they will get in some more

This is made for quick connection. But, it will not hold the QD buttons. This should not even be sold. Someone will end up losing a rifle. The paint on this product chips. By the way, ambidextrous means nothing here as it does not hold the QD’s on either side.

I should have listened to the other reviewers. This is a non functioning as intended, Cheap product, and I am saying this as nicely as I can. Paint was already chipped (should have been anodized) upon arrival and would not hold the swivel. When I called to return this End Plate Optics Planet was very understanding and returned it with no problems.
I told OP that I have always received High Quality products from them and this product was a real disappointment and should have never been on their shelves for sale. Hopefully they will remove it so as to avoid any other customer disappointment.

Same bad experience as other reviewers. The QD does not securely attach and pulls or falls out easily. Recommend you pass on this sling end plate and look for an alternate ambidextrous solution. Not sure why Optic Planet is continuing to carry something that does not do what it is designed for.

Item fits and functions as described. No problem there. Actually like the rigt or left choice of application. The only real "problem" i have with item is that it is painted (gloss black) steel. After attaching my sling the first time the paint flaked off revealing bright steel. I will be replacing it with a higher quality plate. Thank you optics planet for your great service!
