Terrible, unsafe product and manufacturer doesn't seem concerned
This trigger unit actually has quite a mushy pull. Also, its finish is quite thin and rubs off easily. Far worse, it caused my Ruger PC Carbine to fire full-automatic the first 3 shots after installation. I was able to fire one more shot and then the bolt locked back and would no longer go forward. This was because the bolt release had stretched (became wider and bent on an angle).
I called the manufacturer and explained what happened. They didn't show any concern at all (and really didn't care at all that they created an unsafe - and generally poor - product). I wanted to send the trigger unit to them but they told me to just return it to Optics Planet.
If you do a bit of research online, you'll quickly find other accounts of Jard triggers causing Ruger PC Carbines to fire fully automatically. What a terrible product, terrible experience, and (after my first contact with them) terrible company.
