Good Value and Quality
The brake I received is nicely machined and the coating was consistent on all surfaces of the part. The threads were cut well with good concentricity.
I was a little disappointed that no crush washer was included, but the item description didn't state that it would be.
The part installed cleanly, was easy to drill for pinning and welding, and clocked easily with a milspec crush washer.
Muzzle blast, report, and felt recoil were not noteworthy.
JE Machine Tech AR-15/M4 Muzzle Brake
JE Machine really got it right with this one! I picked one up for a 4-pound 10-ounce AR with a light BCG and empty buffer that, with a well-known 3-hole brake, was unpredictable—this brake completely flattened it out. I ended up buying two more for a carbine and a middy that both had muzzle flip, and now they shoot flat with a huge reduction in recoil. The barrels don’t dip, flip, or rise at all.

Flat shooting
I needed a brake that I could use basically as a thread protector that i could shoot with. This turned out to be a fantastically flat shooting brake.
I have expierence with these style of brakes. I have 5 pro comps and this $22 part works as well as the $120 surefire.

its a muzzle break
It’s the same size as a normal A2 about double the weight works perfectly more of a Matt gray color but I mean who cares when it’s gonna get dirty

JE Machine Tech AR-15/M4 Muzzle Brake
The JE Machine Tech AR-15/M4 Muzzle Brake is a lot better then the stock break that came on my 5.56 barrel. It is not as loud and smoother shooting. The bullseye is not a problem.

same size as a A2 Standard flash hider
Its just a bit heavier then a A2 flash hider but it’s the same size. from the images it look a bit smaller it has a dark matt gray color not your “traditional aluminum black” AR15 finish but it helps with muzzle rise and such.
