Most Helpful Positive Review JL Bullet lightweight upper receiver
Great product. Delivered in a timely fashion. My only complaint is the depiction of a complete upper and lower set then calling it an upper. That's deceptive, to say the least. Yes. Read the ad copy. Do not just look at the pretty pictures.

barrel nut poor dezine

it is pricey for the upper and lower, everything from jb billet is the worse thing is there barrel nut that you get with the hand guard,it is a real trick trying to get it tight with out stripping it out , thier is not much information on it, i mess up 3 of them .i had to make a custom wrench to make it work. it is good workmanship i give that to them but prices are high

Hamdguard specific

Great quality upper receiver. How ever because of how the front of the receiver was designed with semi flared look around the barrel entry. You’re limited with either JL BILLET handguard or one that is compatible. Strike industries gridlock light handguard is not compatible.

FYI someone els also had the same issues with a different handguard.

Fits PSA Lower Perfectly!

Bought this after buying an Odin Works upper that would not fit a PSA lower. Odin also doesn’t offer a standalone lower! So took another chance and bought this JL Billet upper. It fits perfectly! Highly recommended.

Well machined and great service

My upper had some finish issues but JL was very accommodating in resolving the issue. Otherwise its a very nice upper. The machining seems nice and it matches their lower perfectly as you would expect.

Amazing upper

The fit and finish is absolutely awesome. The aesthetics are great. CNC parts are always awesome. Fit my aero precision lower PERFECTLY. I wihch i could get my hands on a matching lower. I did mate a JL billet handguard to it. They make great products for sure.
