If you own a PP optima 2000 red dot sight, this cover fits it perfect. Don't know if all parts for the sight are the same but this is! Had a hard time finding anything for the PP optima 2000 you may be having the same problem.

I was a little confused by the website description. It is a replica of the original, but the description didn't say what it was compatible to. I could see it appeared to be what I wanted and I told myself I could mill it to fit, so I pulled the trigger and purchased it. Imagine my excitement when it fit perfectly.

Fits well and snug on my older handgun red dot sight.unfortunately mine needs a cover to preserve the battery.

Snug fit on jpoint sight keeps out dust and dirt saves battery life red dot sight is constant on and self adjusting to ambient light keeping the cover on reduces the brightness of the red dot therefore reduces the drainage of the battery

Does its job
This little cover does what its designed to do, nothin less nothin more. I actually got it for a Shield RMS sight not a jpoint but being that they are basically the same sight except one is aluminum and the other plastic it fit decent. I did have to file it out a bit inside just to make it slide off easier and quicker since it goes on my carry gun to protect the lens from certain holster and carry situations from more scratches since the lens is plastic on those red dots, but it fits snug, doesnt fall off, comes off with a finger flip, and serves its purpose simply and effectively. It also keeps the red dot brightness all the way down since its automatically adjusted for brightness which prolongs battery life to the furthest end of the soectrum instead of having to make sure its covered with a rag or something when the gun is not being carried. All in all its a great product, though I do wish Shield themselves made one for the RMS but I cant fault this cover for picking up another sights slack in accessory availability.
