Legacy Reviewer's Review of JP Enterprises Modular Hand Guards M-Series for M16/AR-15
I installed this handguard on a Colt LE6920. Installation was relatively easy once the original sight was removed, but removing the tapered pins from the A2 front sight gas block was a nightmare. I ended up having to use a 12 ton press to get them out. I really like the handguard and will likely get the extension. It is very sturdy
Pros: This handgaurd is very comfortable to hold. The slightly rough texture provides excellent grip and the handgaurd allows you to add rails only where you need them rather than having a gun that looks and feels like a cheese grater. It is very sturdy.
Cons: Expensive. The directions call for installing with permanent loctite. I used the removable Loctite however with no issues.
