This knife/small machete is an excellent woods tool in that it performs fire wood preparation, emergency shelter building, and other "large knife" camp chores really well. Preferred over hatchet of similar weight. One will be hard pressed to find a knife that offers this performance for a similar price.
Pros: Knife is an excellent woods tool
Cons: Sheath system requires extra care when removing knife
