Excellent Value
I've owned these for about 7 years now. I've compared them to my dad's Zeiss Victory binoculars under a variety of conditions, and have never been able to tell any difference. I've used them in all seasons, temperatures, and weather conditions in Interior Alaska and never been anything but completely satisfied.
Pros: light weight, exceptional clarity, good low-light performance
Exceptional Binoculars & Great Value
I recently purchased these binoculars as a second pair for my tree stand hunting due to their optical quality. I've used my brother's pair in a past hunting trip and loved them due to the clarity of the glass and the overall quality of the binos. I currently have a pair of Leica 10x42 binoculars that I purchased through Optics Planet over two years ago (a great pair of binoculars)but was looking for a second pair of glass at a more affordable price that I could run, climb and hunt with and not worry about as these are 1/2 the cost. Kahles has a great reputation in Europe and is little known by most folks here in the states. These binoculars are worth every penny...they are exceptionally well made: solid, crystal clear, sharp, and lightweight.....and thus I highly recommend them.
Pros:
- Clarity, field of view, light weight
- Clarity / brightness is outstanding
- Size and weight are perfect for hunting
Cons:
- None

Awsome set of binoculars
I own Steiner 7x50, Steiner 7x30 and two Japanese Minolta binoculars. My Kahles 8x32s are by far the better optics. Crystal clear and sharp. In my opinion they offer Swarovski quality at a bargain price.
