TJ's Review of Katadyn Micropur Purification Tablets
This product works. However please read and follow ALL directions and precationary measures when handling and using. The product is manufactured in Spain in its raw form, then packaged in Germany. And European regulations are strict and they don't typically make things that do not work.
I have a couple of Hunting Buddies that use this product regularly in the wilds of Montana and the Dakotas on two week long remote hunts. I myself have yet to try it so I will give an update once used in the field.
The packaging is tight and secure, you will need a knife or scissors to open the actual tablet packet. I recommend using tweezers, knife blade or gloves to handle. One Tablet treats 1qt (1 liter) of H2O. It takes 4 hours for the purification process plan accordingly.
As I said above, once I actually field test it for myself then I will revisit my review. But preliminary observations of the ordering, shipping, and appearance of the product has it setting at a 4 star at the moment.
