KAW VALLEY Block
For 20 years I've been banging pins, bending tubes, scratching blocks, smacking fingers/thumbs...no longer. This little upgrade from KAW is what sausage fingers guys like me have needed/wanted for a long time. As long as they're making it ill be buying it...period.

Love this KVP gas block. Litght weight, well constructed and I LOVE the set screw for the gas tube versus the roll pin

A little lose around barrel, but locks up tight with screws, no gas leaks

Will always use these from now on.
Low profile handguard fits over this and does not touch this gas block once barrel nut is tight.

I was going to try the adjustable version of this gas block but got scared away by some of the comments about that one (i.e. no way to tighten adjustment screws without loctite...)
But now that I've tried this non-adjustable KVP gas block I plan to try the adjustable gas block version anyway.
Will always use these from now on.

Ingenious Design
Works as intended. Makes installation that much easier than the traditional roll pin ones which requires additional tools. Save yourself the frustration and buy this. Installation so easy, a caveman can do it.

Good design and finish
Gas block has good fir and finish on the barrel, but not as "low profile" as a normal low profile block. Depending on your handguard, it might hit the channel for the gas tube.

Saved my build
It took forever to find this size, & fortunately OP had it in stock. Make sure that you have access to the front of your handguard to adjust the provided set screw. I'm very pleased with it, and it runs flawlessly

Kaw Valley gas block
Purchased this for my Bushmaster to replace the stock gas block. My new free floating handguard would not fit over the stock gas block. Kaw Valley makes a good product - fit and finish were great.

No fumbling with gas block roll pins! This gas block made the assembly so much easier at a can’t beat it price.

Gas port is bad
Picked one of these up for my first upgrade. Needed the low profile block. It was not drilled completely through. Tried to use a punch to open it fully. Did not work at all. If you order this block. Visually go over it with a magnifying glass.
