Mine did not come with "crush washers" shown in the KDG install video. Emailed kdg about the missing hardware. They never responded. Returned the rail since I couldn't install properly as without the crush washers there's a noticeable gap in-between the rail and the receiver and you can't tighten the rail to spec.
