Doesn’t fit a Henry 45-70

I gave this item 5 stars because it appears to be well made. It comes with mounting screws. However I am going to return this product because it doesn’t fit on a Henry for 45-70 H010 without taking off the iron sights. It was recommended by the scope manufacturer and the package shows it should fit this model gun but the screw holes do not line up so it is going back.
