This is not my first Kershaw knife. My first was the Clash which I love, however this Cryo II is a nice step up and became my primary EDC with the clash as my backup. The only thing I don't care for is that the blade has the same coating as the handle which I know overtime will wear however this does not in anyway effect my use or carry of this knife. In addition the Cryo II has the finger flipper as well as a thumb stub. The pocket clip is designed fro deep carry concealment. Also the Cryo II has a frame lock rather than a liner lock. This is a great value knife. It is lightweight and great size for EDC. The speedsafe auto assisted open is great and works really well, and can be cleaned out if you get it really dirty. The blade comes quite sharp but after a little tune up it is amazing. I was looking for an assisted open knife with good design and quality without spending a lot of money. I didn't want to invest in an expensive knife as I want to use it everyday without concern of damage to an expensive knife. With this knife I can beat it up all i want without worry, while knowing that it will always be up to the task. Great buy.
