They offered the product for sale and I ordered the product. Then they sent me an email that said the product was on backorder. They couldn't even tell me when they were going to get the product. This is nothing short of fraud. I had to cancel the order, because this was a gilt and a timely delivery was necessary. Extremely bad customer service
