OSO Sweet Knife w/ Assisted Open
It is a nice knife. It takes care of everything that I need it for. It comes already very sharp and the speed assist works very well. It does not have a thumb stud but it doesn't need one the finger flipper works great.

For the price the knife is great. It comes sharp right out of the box. The assisted opening work well. for me the size of the handle was a little small. The handles feel plastic like and I wish it was rubbery to be able to hold on to due to the smaller size.
