Most Helpful Negative Review Trash Quality
The casting seems ok but on the front and back the entire surface has been ground flat and looks terrible. I can overlook that but the actual front sight post was not centered in the base. It is super obvious with the sight ears on either side that the post is off. The other thing is that the pins are not taper pins and also are way too small to use, they just fall right through the pre-drilled holes. Honestly I have seen airsoft components of higher quality.

4 stars because it was missing the gas tube pin. Checked the bag several times never saw it even with the bag sealed.

AR front sight base

I’ve purchased three of these and the bases are good. There’s just two little problems. The last one I got instead of having the proper taper pins to lock it down was sent with doll pins that I believe are 3 mm. The second problem is the threads for the front site. The threads on the front side that come with it or 832 and when you purchase sites from other places the threads are 838 which means they don’t fit unless you re-tap the hole but otherwise they’re a good value for the money.

Old school A1 build front sight, a part that has become hard to find.

The front sight was a very nice built replica of the original sight and my barrel wasn't drilled so that was part of process. The sight fit very well and I would recomend to anyone that it is made of good quality material and looks good.
