High Quality but....
The KI Velocity slide is well made and looks great, but it does not keep the Gen 5 profile. Because of this, a compensator that fits the Gen 5 perfectly, won't fit the Velocity Gen 5. I was disappointed. This is mentioned on the KI FAQ, but I didn't see that until after I purchased it. It's a nice slide, but they should have kept the Gen 5 profile at the front end. Then it would have been 5 star perfect. So if no compensator is utilized, then it's awesome. If a comp is utilized, then use a different brand and make sure the profile is compatible.

Just awesome
Killer Innovations made a Killer slide! The slide does not come with internals or channel liner which is common for slides. The finish (grey) looks amazing with a black frame. The cuts made is easier to rack the slide back. Both optics cut dpp and rmr so no need for a plate and you can pick your favorite optics without hassle. I would recommend a new barrel just to make the slide pop. Lastly use a grease for break in period to save the finish.

Slide is good
This is a great slide…… once you get all the parts to put the darn thing together you either have to use all you own Glock parts or buy new ones, for this price the slide should at least come with a parts kit or even just the basic parts, I think it’s a rip off, not to mention u less you are going to buy their barrel their spring basically all their products for this one slide….. DO NOT BUY THIS SLIDE, waste of mi ey for sub par performance

Best slide for Glock 19X
What can I say, the best aftermarket slide for glock hands down. They are little bit pricey but you get what you paid for. No paint chip, everything solid. However, they need 200 rds for break in just make sure you oil them every time you go to the range. Slide is easy to grip or press check. Overall, best slide for glock 19 gen 5 so far.
