incredibly poor quality

within 15 shots the arrow retainer broke and serving started unwraveling. terrible quality, poor customer service. doesn't seem to be meant for winter hunting or below zero conditions--tried to branch out from excalibur and a scratched bear hunt is what I got.

Furious Pro 9.5

Extremely happy with this crossbow purchase. It's exactly what I wanted; fast, compact, and accurate. Easy maneuverability in treestands or ground blinds. I don't like the quiver mount so I simply strap my quiver to my backpack, so for me, it's not an issue. Great value especially if you're considering the price of a Ravin. Zero reliability/quality issues.
