Came with trigger box that was cutting draw string - Killer Instinct Tempr-X Crossbow

I was excited about this bow and it has been one bad thing after another. The internals of the scope broke after four shots. Wanting to get ready for hunting I paid for a new scope. After another ten shots I noticed that the trigger mechanism was quickly cutting and fraying the bow string (they said it had a burr) I called killer instinct they said it would be a week turn around, it took three weeks and it was sent back without the bolts to re assemble it. Apparently it’s supposed to be sent disassembled but at the factory, they must’ve run the bolts ahead in the grass instead of taping them and spending like a regular person and I got to go back and so that I didn’t have what I needed I called them again. They said they would send them and after 19 days, they still did not show up called again and they were never sent, and they still will not Expedite the shipping . Spent over an hour and a half on hold trying to get a functioning crossbow.
