I already have one of these ambidextrous, safety sectors, so I know they are great! The only problem… I didn’t receive this in my order. Instead, I was shipped a charging handle. Hoping that customer service will finally get back to me so I can’t exchange for what I purchased.

an excellent upgrade

I run the talon on all my ar15s, so it made sense to get one for my scar. Easy install, tactile clicks, awesome looks. What more can be said? I run it at the 45 degree but you could also do 90. Overall this is a excellent upgrade to the scar platform.

Recen you just got this and installed it to my scar 16s and I really like it! Not only does the FDE match but it is a very sturdy and robust selector. I have positive clicks, does not interfere with the action and the fact that you can choose 45 and/or 90 degrees is a plus. Making it more like an AR platform.

KDG SCAR Talon Ambi 45/90 Safety selector

This is a good aftermarket safety lever for the SCAR. It has a longer lever (left side) and a little beefier than the stock SCAR lever. This is a complete assembly. No mixing or matching from other SCAR parts. Works well. I have it set up in the 45 degree position. Have not tried it in the 90 degree position.

  • Scar 16 & 17

Great selector

Put on my scar 17. Installed easily and works great- very smooth and easy to operate with either hand. I like the screwless design and the shape of the levers. Would buy another, and will once I order my scar 16 to go with the 17.
