I have 2 of these for my two AR15 rifles. I bought the first one two years ago. The second one was received today. The first one seems to work flawlessly. The second does not lock as positive onto the rail as the first i received. The locking cam on the second does not lock all the way forward. Emails with Kinetic have not been resolved as of yet. It does hold, but confidence that my scope will not fall off is not high. Time will tell.
Pros:
- Zero reset is great when removing and installing onto the rail.
Cons:
- Quality control.
Best Used for:
- Quick removal for going to Iron sights or cleaning weapon.
