Over a month ago i ordered my Fiancé this item from another company for his birthday. It ended up getting lost in the mail and i rushed to find it elsewhere and found OpticsPlanet. I found the item i wanted and ordered it with the expedited shipping. Sadly, i was warned the next day that it wasn't in stock - but was ordered. The original timeframe was 10-21 days... but it only took 4 days. I was thrilled. The item did end up arriving late sadly - to no ones fault but my own. I did ask for the shipping back - which they happily obliged AND matched the current price of the item - which had since been marked down. All without even a question asked - they also offered me their apologies about the late item. They were kind, quick to respond and keep me updated and very understanding. I will do business here again.
