I’ve had several of these they all work fine when you use 2 batteries like you are supposed to. It’s designed to hold a backup for your T-1/2 it also gives extra grip to turn your sight on. These hold 2 batteries
These caps are designed to expand the battery capacity for the Aimpoint Micro Sights. As such, they need 2 batteries to work properly. Complaints about these causing loss of operation is due to *not* using 2 batteries.
