Incredibly well engineered product
I bought this based on the reviews that indicated it had been used in the KS7, even though it is made for the wider KSG. The push button is genius and there is not another product on the market like this. All the other sling attachments designed to fit in place of the takedown pins require screwing and loctite, making future disassembly difficult. With this product, once your QD sling is attached, the push button cannot be activated thereby eliminating the possibility of accidental detachment. Single point take down pin
Installed easily and seems to be well made. Haven’t used it as a sling point yet. Wonder if anyone makes these for ARs and other firearms.

The Business
These KNS Precision Pins are the business. Great design. Best ones on the market for having a QD sling point AND a QD takedown pin in one design. Got 2 pins and paired them with a Magpul MS4 Dual QD Sling (Gen2). Fits the Ambi theme of the KSG. Seem to hold up fine as far as strength/durability. Time will tell.

Doesn’t fit a QD male end
So I bought it. Put it on the KS7. And then the sling wouldn’t fit. I could get the socket into the cup but if the retaining pin was installed into the cup it wouldn’t work. Not sure what was going on maybe you need a specific shorter QD end.

OutF’nstanding
It works perfectly with the KS7. Fit snugly in place. No complaints. Shipment was most expeditiously. I’m currently using a sling that I bought along with my CAA MKC. Easy transition from one to the other with this product.

Good quick release
Great if you have the right strap to cooperate with the mounts. My tall height combined the quick-release is handy. I put it on the far side of the stock and it made pulling up the shotgun a lot easier.

KS7 needed a sling sooooo....
I got a KS7 and although it has some factory sling mounting points, they weren't ideal. On this type of firearm, I wanted the ability to run a single point sling and have grown very fond of the QD sockets. KNS solved my dilemma with this perfect little pin. It literally slides right in after you push out the factory pin. You can run it on either side of the gun. Holds securely to my cheap amazon QD sling. If you can't install this pin, you should not even be thinking of operating a firearm, it's SOOO easy to install. If I encounter any issues later on, I'll update my review but until then, 5 stars!
