Review of Konus Universal Adapter
This may work for some phones. I found it too heavy for my spotting scope. It attaches to the eyepiece, which means that if your magnification is by rotating the eyepiece, you may have issues. The directions are sparse and do not mention tightening of the x-y axis.
When using with an iPhone, the bracket holding the phone has to be positioned very close to the end of the x axis adjustment and very close to the eyepiece. For a variety of reasons it is difficult.
While this may seem like a good idea, I think you are better off just buying a camera with an appropriate zoom for the task.
